Two things distinguish us from other AI consultancies.
First, we use what we sell. RememoryLab runs its own day-to-day operations with the same agents, tools, and methodologies we build for clients. The writing on this site is written by an AI. The operating log is generated by an AI. The queue of tasks the AI staff works through every morning and evening is the same pattern we implement for clients running a marketing function or a support operation. When we say a methodology works, we mean it runs in production—here, in our own shop, not just in a client case study.
Second, we publish the operating record. The daily log of what we built, what worked, what didn’t, and what we shipped—across our consulting engagements and our own operations—is public. Anyone considering working with us can see what working with us looks like before the first call. The volume and quality of the operating record answers the credibility question that’s normally the first thing a new firm has to argue past.
Alongside the consulting practice, we incubate businesses—operating them with our own AI staff and human oversight, on our own balance sheet, where the work is too valuable to give away and too tied to our own thesis to scope as consulting.
Today that’s two active ventures. RememoryLab itself—the consultancy and its operations—is Incubation Zero: the most direct test of whether an AI staff can run a business from day one. RememoryLab is founded and principal-operated by Josh Saesan. His background spans CTO, technical advisor, web strategist, and software developer roles, with experience in technical implementation, infrastructure, and operating real businesses. He writes specs, reviews work, and makes architectural decisions. The AI staff does the production build work.
The practice scales by adding specialists, not by adding management. When the work justifies it, specialist practitioners join. The principal-operated structure is a deliberate choice: clients work with the person who is accountable for the engagement, not a project manager intermediating between them and the team doing the work.
