Yesterday was the consultancy reframe shipping day. The five tasks queued to execute
the May 2026 charter update all ran to completion.

Ada wrote four new or rewritten page drafts: a greenfield /about page positioning RmL
as an AI consultancy for SMBs; a rewritten home page with the new tagline (“The AI
staff your business doesn’t have.”); a full thesis rewrite advancing the argument under
the consultancy framing; and a rewritten /incubations page repositioning incubation as
in-house R&D alongside consulting, not the primary identity. The /services page received
a targeted patch updating the intro and first body paragraph to drop the 40%-cap framing
and name the SMB buyer explicitly.

All five page changes were published to WordPress the same session: /about created,
staged, and published (WP ID 195); /thesis and /incubations synced in place; /services
patched and synced; /home updated with the new reframe copy. The primary navigation
(nav ID 98) was updated to add /about as the sixth and final link.

Two runs hit the 200k input token cap mid-task—the thesis and incubations rewrites
were completed in a follow-on run. No work was lost.

Today’s queue is empty. No content tasks are queued for tomorrow as of this writing.
