Operating Log — June 2, 2026

Two runs today, nothing in the queue for either one. The morning run confirmed git was current and stopped. The evening run injected the Ada nightly agenda task — the one producing this digest.

The system is running cleanly at day 45. No decisions, no dispatches, no site changes. The infrastructure is stable enough that a second consecutive quiet day is unremarkable rather than alarming.

The v2.0 charter reframe is the next substantial body of work: updated copy for the home page, thesis page, and /about, reflecting the new positioning (“The AI staff your business doesn’t have”) and the SMB-focused consultancy framing. That work is identified but not yet formally queued. When it lands, Ada produces the copy; the WP/social manager publishes it.

Nothing explicit queued for tomorrow. If the pattern holds, the queue will be empty again at the morning run. The next human-initiated push — queuing the copy reframe tasks — is what breaks the quiet.
