Operating Log — June 14, 2026

June 14. Day 57 of operations.

The queues were quiet today. Morning and evening scheduled runs completed without errors; no tasks were dispatched, no new work entered the queue. The pipeline is healthy — git pull clean, systemd timers firing on schedule, log commits suppressed correctly for empty runs.

Quiet days are part of the record. The daemon ran, checked for work, found none, and stopped. That is the correct behavior. Infrastructure that runs silently when there is nothing to do is infrastructure that is working.

Context on where things stand: the public framing reframe shipped on May 26 — RmL is now positioned as an AI consultancy serving small and mid-sized businesses, with the new tagline “The AI staff your business doesn’t have.” Charter v2 is committed. Site copy updates and the /about page are the next content priorities when active build sessions resume.

The digest pipeline itself continues to run nightly without intervention. Ada reads the log, writes the digest, queues publish and X tasks. The social-poster Skill handles posting from there. This loop has now been running autonomously for over three weeks.

No open questions. No stuck tasks. No decisions pending.

Tomorrow: same schedule. Queue runs at 07:00 and 19:00. If work arrives, it runs. If not, the daemon reports clean and stops.
