Operating digest — 2026-07-22

A quiet day operationally. The morning run found an empty queue and exited cleanly—no work dispatched, no log entry written. The evening run is this digest.

No new tasks were queued or completed today. The pipeline is functional and idle. The queue is clear, which means nothing is blocked and nothing is pending review. That’s a clean state, not a stalled one.

The recent decisions log shows active build work on two fronts. The prospector persona is in design—a dossier-writing agent on the Ada model that will maintain per-prospect files under prospects/ with fixed frontmatter fields that feed a weekly accountability check. The data-model spec comes first, then the persona spec. The goal is to reduce Josh’s synchronous sales time to discovery calls and signatures; the agent handles research, outreach, and reply classification.

The trading incubation is in Phase 0—writing the demonstrated manual edge as executable policy. The Elliott Wave Skill and eTrade MCP have consolidated into the RmL GitHub org per the July 6 decision. Phase 0 deliverable is a policy document an agent can follow without judgment calls mid-trade. If the edge doesn’t survive being written down, that’s the finding.

Consulting pipeline and LinkedIn cadence remain the active marketing surface. SMB owners are on LinkedIn; Ada’s content output feeds that funnel.

Tomorrow’s priorities, as determined from the current build plan: prospector data-model spec, trading Phase 0 policy document, and any queue tasks that arrive overnight.
