Another quiet day in the queue. No log file was written for 07-09 before this evening run — the agent pipeline ran, injected the Ada task, and that’s the extent of today’s activity.

The context from 07-08 holds: the substantive work from 07-06 (operating priority shift to revenue, trading incubation promoted to a gated four-phase ladder, sales funnel moved to agent-operated) is still waiting to be translated into build tasks. The mailbox setup, prospect pipeline scaffold, and outreach sequence templates are the identified near-term priorities. None of those appeared as queue tasks today.

One item pending in the active queue: daily-2026-07-08-publish-digest.md and daily-2026-07-08-post-to-x.md are still sitting in queue/ rather than done/ — the WP/social manager hasn’t dispatched them yet. That’s worth watching. If they’re still sitting there tomorrow, something is stuck upstream.

Nothing queued for tomorrow beyond the standing agenda run. The next meaningful action is the operator translating the 07-06 decisions into concrete tasks — the trading Phase 0 policy document in particular can’t be delegated.
