RememoryLab Operating Log — 2026-07-08

Daily Digest — 2026-07-08

The queue was empty on both runs today. That’s not drift — it’s the state after a dense decision session two days ago (2026-07-06) that rewrote the operating priorities and queued a stack of follow-on work that hasn’t been translated into tasks yet.

The 07-06 session produced three decisions that shape everything forward. First: the operating priority shifts to revenue and take-able profit. Exit positioning no longer drives structural decisions. Where the two conflict, revenue wins. Second: the trading incubation is promoted from R&D to a first-class incubation with a four-phase gated ladder — Phase 0 is policy codification (writing the demonstrated manual edge as executable rules), and that gate has to hold before any capital moves to an autonomous agent. Third: the entire sales funnel is now agent-operated. The operator’s synchronous sales time is reserved for discovery calls and closing signatures; everything upstream — prospect research, outreach, reply handling, call booking, proposal drafting — runs autonomously.

The IP boundary simplification also landed: the personal/company carve-out is dissolved, trading IP migrates into the rememorylab GitHub org, and anything needing distinct public identity operates as a DBA of RmL LLC.

What that leaves for tomorrow’s queue: translating the 07-06 decisions into concrete build tasks. The near-term priorities are the mailbox setup (Zoho Mail Lite, MX records, IMAP/SMTP integration), the prospect pipeline scaffold in operating-core, and the outreach sequence templates. The trading Phase 0 policy document is an operator task, not an agent task — it can’t be written until the manual edge is codified by the person who demonstrated it.

Digest written from the 2026-07-07 run log. No substantive work completed on 07-08 beyond this agenda run.
